Measuring an orange

This week for maths room 2 is looking at the different ways to measure an orange. Measuring the thickness of the skin, it's combined  length or the percentage of colour are some of the different ways to perform measurements room 2 identified could be done on just the oranges skin alone.

Below you can see pictures of room 2 measuring the oranges mass, volume, juice content, number of pips and the juices acidity:
